These terms apply when you use the Milk Works website or buy from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "our" means Milk Works, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
1. Orders
Please give us complete and accurate details when you order, including your delivery address. We may contact you to confirm details before we ship. You'll receive an email confirming your order once payment is complete.
We may cancel an order if we can't supply the product, for example if stock runs out or there's an obvious pricing error. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
2. Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change our prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
3. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never store your card details.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, the 30-day free returns and the 1-year warranty are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Marketing emails
We'll only send you marketing emails if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We'll still send emails about your order.
6. Using our website
When using our website, you must not:
- break any law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- post or send anything defamatory, threatening, harassing or offensive;
- send spam through the website;
- tamper with, hack or disrupt the website, or upload viruses or harmful code; or
- help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.
We'll do our best to keep the website running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Milk Works. You may view it for personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish, frame or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content. A link doesn't mean we endorse the site.
9. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
11. Indemnity
If you breach these terms and we suffer loss as a result, you agree to cover that loss, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
