Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Australia. We don't currently ship overseas.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

When your order ships

We pack orders from Melbourne and send them out the next business morning. Orders placed on a Friday night, a weekend or a Victorian public holiday ship on the next business day.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days of dispatch, depending on where you live. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Checking your address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you and may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at pawan@milkworks.com.au and we'll sort it out with the carrier, or send a replacement.
